What a privilege

In September another group of doctors shared their time and stories (thank you Dr Lalith Wijedoru ) on our 6th Woodlines retreat for doctors at the beautiful Sheepdrove in Berkshire.

Thank you to Carrie Shay for nurturing us with such fabulous, copious, freshly prepared and delicious food.

We connected during group workshops, exploring our challenges – both in work and in life in general, identifying some uncomfortable truths but also embraced reminding ourselves of the things that bring us joy and replenish us. Being able to speak openly in a small confidential group of doctors, without fear of repercussions, was enlightening.

We gave ourselves time for painting or drawing, for walks in the countryside, and practised simple mindfulness and nature connection skills Everyone had a chance for some one to one coaching, and in the creative writing session with Katya Miles we were able to set intentions and ask some great starter questions to get the creative parts of our brains working for us. Each of us were a part of this retreat story, and have the next chapter of our own story to look forward to.

Since then all of our guests have been in touch with positive feedback and half are already booked in for our exclusive “revisited” retreat in June.

I love what i do!!! Why don’t you join us on our next retreat in September 2025.

Feeddback:

I wanted to say again thank you for being so supportive and encouraging last week…. I have found the experience incredibly positive and stimulating.
