Take advantage of 6 sessions of Coaching with Jo.
Each session will be an hour long (via video conferencing link) and have the option of a range of relevant supporting resources and up to 3 emails between sessions.
You will receive a free 20-30 minute discovery call with Jo prior to the first session, and have the opportunity to identify the required frequency and overall timeframe of your sessions.
Jo will also provide you with full information and contracting prior to commencing your sessions, so that you feel completely at ease with the coaching arrangements.
(NB: Take a look at Bundle B if you think you need a more in depth coaching experience: 90 minute sessions, higher levels of email support and group coaching/ on-line retreat resources available)
