1 Day Women Doctors Retreat, Berkshire – 12 March 2027

Retreat Day for women doctors.

A 9am - 5pm day with Dr Jo Hacking and Dr Yasmine Sultan. We will use group work and coaching activities to explore themes around career sustainability, perimenopause and neurodivergence. We will also practice some restorative yoga, breathwork and practical mindfulness. Make yourself comfortable in the beautiful wood framed venue, and spend time outside in the peaceful rural setting.
