Recharge Retreat Day
A 9am - 4pm day of blended coaching, mindfulness and creative activities in a rural setting. The Retreat Space is a Yoga studio where we can sit comfortably indoors or outdoors within a private courtyard. It is set alongside countryside and an area of private woodland where we can enjoy the fresh air.
